WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cash Management:
Monitor daily cash balances, optimize liquidity, and execute cash flow forecasting.
Accounts Payable (AP) Supervision:
Oversee the AP process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
General Ledger Management:
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address accounting-related inquiries.
Operational Accounting:
Apply expertise in operational accounting principles to enhance financial processes.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Netsuite Expertise:
Leverage expert-level knowledge of Netsuite to manage financial data, reporting, and analysis.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize system functionality.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Internal Controls:
Support the Controller in developing and maintaining internal controls.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA designation preferred.
Big 4 public accounting experience is essential.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
