Key Responsibilities
• Support the Branch Manager in leading the team to achieve performance targets
• Coach and develop branch teammates to achieve sales and service objectives
• Promote the bank's sales process and identify business opportunities
• Originate new consumer and business depository accounts and lending products
• Assist in maintaining operational soundness and balancing cash drawers/vaults
• Demonstrate strong problem resolution and customer service skills
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2-3 years of banking experience or demonstrated sales experience in business, retail, or other industries
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong organizational skills with enhanced attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• S.A.F.E. registration required
