We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Service Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of Distributed Energy Systems (DES), including solar PV farms, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), internal combustion engines, and microgrids—with primary focus on solar PV and battery storage. The Asset Manager / Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for operational performance, contract compliance, maintenance coordination, and serving as the primary point of contact for service customers.

As an Asset Manager / Client Service Manager (CSM) – Distributed Energy Systems, you will:
• Drive operational performance of assigned assets by monitoring KPIs and resource utilization.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Prioritize and schedule activities across internal teams and external service partners.
• Evaluate time‑and‑material (T&M) service orders for cost accuracy and completed scope.
• Process invoices in alignment with standard billing practices.
• Ensure clarity and alignment on service agreement budgets, activity plans, and invoicing.
• Oversee contractual obligations, deliverables, and customer experience.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring expectations are met.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate work and dispatch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and providers.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize asset performance.
• Work with procurement to refine vendor agreements and onboard suppliers.
• Support financial success across assigned accounts, including bookings, renewals, billing, and planning.
• Achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets; identify opportunities for change orders.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote customer satisfaction through communication and quality work products.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field (preferred).
• 5-7 years of energy industry experience with an emphasis on solar generation.
• Experience in Distributed Energy Systems asset management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• High computer literacy and strong organizational abilities.
• Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
