Job Description
ā¢ Manage and optimize the performance of a diverse portfolio of high design for mid-high rise, mixed-use, multifamily, and commercial properties.
ā¢ Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize revenue and value.
ā¢ Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
ā¢ Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
ā¢ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
ā¢ Identify opportunities for property improvements and cost savings.
ā¢ Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
ā¢ 5+ years of mid-high rise, mixed-use, and multifamily experience is essential to this role, coming from a developer, property manager or non-profit organization.
ā¢ A solid understanding of the property industry, including asset management and real estate principles.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and create detailed reports.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
ā¢ Proficiency with property management software and financial modeling tools.
ā¢ A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
