Asset Management Field Service Representative (Remote - 75% Travel)

As an Asset Management Field Service Representative, you'll play a key role in maintaining Tosca's returnable container pool by visiting customer and retailer locations, auditing usage and condition, and helping recover containers to keep them flowing through the perishable supply chain. This is a fully remote role with frequent travel (up to 75%) to customer and retailer locations. We're primarily seeking candidates based in Southern California (LA, Riverside, or San Diego), as well as strong candidates in the Midwest region (Chicago, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Indiana) or Arizona (Phoenix area) to ensure national coverage across Tosca's expanding network. What You'll Do: • Conduct on-site audits at customer and retailer locations to observe container usage, condition, and counts. • Schedule and maintain regular audit visits and complete timely, accurate reports. • Analyze data to identify loss trends, misuse, or process improvement opportunities. • Partner with customers, retailers, and third parties (including food banks) to recover assets and resolve inventory issues. • Identify and recommend process enhancements that improve asset utilization and reduce waste. • Support continuous improvement initiatives that align with Tosca's sustainability mission. What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Logistics preferred. • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Proven organizational and time-management skills; comfortable working independently and remotely. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of relational databases. • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight stays).
