Asset Management and Investment Analyst role

## Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Regularly update and manage the investment database to ensure accurate and current information. Asset Management: Support the implementation of business plans, including activities related to leasing, refurbishment, property enhancement, and asset disposition. Acquisition: Assess and act on new real estate investment opportunities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses for new investment opportunities and existing assets within the portfolio. Fund Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment committee memorandums, closing reports, quarterly fund reports, and minutes for investment committee meetings. ## Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Experience in fund management or fund reporting is advantageous. Genuine interest in real estate investments. Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with waterfall distribution analysis is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present quantitative and qualitative data effectively. Confidence in explaining complex analytical and statistical concepts. Skill in developing client relationships with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
