Our first-of-its-kind facility opened this summer in Northwest Arkansas and will scale to hundreds of employees by the end of 2025. The Assembly Associate will complete assembly tasks, ensuring products are prepared accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards. This role involves hands-on work, quality control, and collaboration with other warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory, and shipping. What you will do: Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines Monitor inventory levels for assembly materials and communicate restocking needs Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve problems to minimize downtime Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Our ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing operations 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures Work Environment: This position operates primarily within a warehouse setting The noise level can range from moderate to loud Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (forklifts, trucks) Why Join Us?
