Job Description: ASD AOEM 客户经理 作为 3M 安全与工业产品事业部（SIBG）工业研磨产品组（ASD）的 AOEM 客户经理，您将专注于汽车原装设备制造领域。您将有机会发挥好奇心，与全球最具创新力的汽车行业专家合作，共同推动研磨技术在汽车制造工艺中的应用。 在这里，您将通过以下方式产生影响： 行业销售目标： 负责指定汽车行业客户（包括主机厂及重点 Tier 1 供应商）的研磨产品推广与销售，确保达成 AOEM 业务部门的年度销售指标。 工艺渗透（Spec-in）： 深入理解汽车白车身、涂装及零部件制造工艺，通过技术演示和现场测试，将 3M 研磨解决方案植入客户的标准工艺流程。 项目生命周期管理： 识别并跟进汽车新车型开发项目（NPI），在设计和试产阶段介入，提供专业的技术咨询与方案建议。 关键客户关系： 管理并维护与汽车客户内部采购、工艺、质量及研发部门的关键联系人关系。 渠道协作： 与 AOEM 指定分销商紧密配合，管理区域内的库存、物流及售后技术支持。 市场情报： 收集并分析汽车行业趋势、竞争对手动态及前沿应用信息，定期向管理层汇报。 数字化管理： 熟练使用 CRM 系统管理项目漏斗（Pipeline）、销售机会及日常拜访记录。 您的技能和专长： 本科或以上学历，高分子材料、化学、机械工程或汽车工程专业优先。 拥有 3-5 年在全球化公司从事汽车行业（AOEM/Tier 1）工业品销售的经验。 英语书面及口语流利，能够与全球技术团队协作。 具备深厚的汽车工艺背景（如涂装磨抛、焊装打磨等），拥有成功将新产品打入主机厂供应体系的记录。 具备卓越的项目管理能力，能够应对汽车行业长周期的销售流程。 熟练使用 CRM 系统及微软办公软件（Excel, PPT, Power BI 等）。 职位地点： 安徽合肥 Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
