Arts Organization Telemarketing/Telefundraising Representative- New York New Jersey Connecticut Mass

DCM Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals who believe in the power of the performing arts to join our telefundraising team. We partner with prestigious arts organizations to maintain and grow their supporter base through subscription sales and fundraising campaigns. This is an opportunity to combine your sales skills with your love of the arts while supporting vital cultural institutions.
Position Overview
• Contact existing donors, subscribers, and patrons to renew and upgrade their support
• Promote upcoming performance seasons and special events
• Manage subscription and donation campaigns
• Build relationships with arts supporters in your community
Schedule
• Part-Time Shifts Available: Varies by campaign- Daytime and Evening shifts available
• Flexible scheduling with minimum 16 hours per week (4 shifts)
• Fully remote/work from home position
• Paid training provided
Requirements
• Demonstrated interest in the performing arts
• Previous sales, customer service, or fundraising experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
• Tech-savvy with reliable computer/laptop, headset, and internet connection
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration
• Ability to participate in video team meetings
• Open to coaching and performance feedback
Compensation
• Competitive base hourly rate plus commission
• Commission structure based on donations and sales
• Top performers typically earn $20-25+ per hour
• Paid training period
