Brand Strategy & Art DirectionOwn and evolve BJAK’s visual identity across all touchpoints — layout, typography, motion, campaigns, and digital experiencesTranslate business, product, and marketing goals into strong creative concepts and scalable visual systemsBuild consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, performance, and emerging channelsBalance long-term brand building with fast, high-impact execution2. Hands-On Creative ExecutionBe deeply involved in end-to-end creative work — from concept to final executionProduce high-quality creative assets for key campaigns and initiativesImprove workflows to balance speed, quality, and scalabilityUse feedback, data, and testing to continuously improve creative outputStay updated with design, branding, and content trends to keep BJAK visually strong and relevant3.
