Position Overview: Customer Solutions Specialist

The Customer Solutions Specialist role at arenaflex is an action-oriented position where flexible problem-solving is essential for success. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Product & Company Knowledge: Learn all about arenaflex, including our rich history, the extensive products we offer, insights into the foodservice industry, and how to efficiently navigate our internal systems
Multi-Channel Customer Support: Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email with the ultimate goal of delivering an excellent customer experience, enhancing customer loyalty, and increasing business sales
Order Management: Ensure that customers always have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders, proactively addressing any concerns
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with other departments within and outside of Customer Solutions to support both the customer and the company
Problem Analysis: Use best practices when analyzing customer situations, investigating problems, and providing strategic solutions within our business model
Professional Communication: Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence both within and outside the company

Essential Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Internet Connection: Cable or fiber internet connections are preferred as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used by arenaflex to perform day-to-day tasks
Internet Speed: Consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds are required
Work Environment: A quiet and distraction-free work area is essential
Equipment Access: Access to a home router and modem
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation required
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; conversational fluency in English required
Typing Ability: Proficient typing abilities to efficiently handle customer interactions
Training Schedule Flexibility: The ability to work a training schedule of 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, during the 60-day onboarding period
Regular Schedule: The ability to work 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, after the 60-day onboarding period

Work Duration: Work is performed while sitting and/or standing for at least 8 hours each day

Remote Work Requirements

To ensure success in this remote role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Internet Connection: Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks
Networking Equipment: Access to a home router and modem
Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible)
Physical Address: A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment
Communication Technology: The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
