Area Sales Representative (Gdansk Region)

As an Area Sales Representative for our Gdansk region you will be the front-line seller who drives business growth by identifying and generating opportunities for a diverse range of customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the P&S (Products & Solutions) business within your assigned region, while creating demand for Resideo products. You will foster client satisfaction through regular customer engagement and expectation management.You will develop and strengthen customer relationships by coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and other industry events. As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver technical presentations to educate customers on Resideo’s solutions. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reports, and opportunity tracking through our CRM system, while contributing competitive intelligence and insights on market trends.Additionally, you will provide forecast and demand input to the Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
