Dentsply Sirona, is looking for its subsidiary Wellspect, global MedTech company for over 40 years active and leader in the field of continence care for a/an: Area Manager MENA Region The Area Manager is responsible for leading various distributors in North Africa and Middle East, setting sales targets, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. He/She plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building, and nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Additionally, they analyze sales data, provide insights for improvement, and collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. A Sales Manager typically possesses extensive experience in sales and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: • Manage existing distributor network by frequent online + live meetings on ground • Make sure sales are generated by distributor staff • Secure flawlessness of ordering experience for all key stakeholders (from patients to health institution, distributor, and all internal stakeholders) • Provide guidance and support to distributors' sales teams to ensure they achieve set targets • By understanding the healthcare market into detail, this position will excel by leading tender excellence initiatives to secure contracts and maintain competitive advantage in the market ➢ Budget and Forecast Management • Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales objectives while controlling costs • Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist in resource allocation and overall business planning ➢ Strategic Business Development • Develop and execute a strategic business plan aligned with organizational goals to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the bladder and bowel medical devices sector • Investigate, identify and execute on growth opportunities by expanding product portfolio and analyzing potential new countries for entry ➢ Client Relationship Management • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with key clients, including distributors, Ministries of Health, institutes, and key accounts by regular visits • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, such as distributors, payer organizations, hospitals, and healthcare providers • Organize regularly live and digital stakeholder facing meetings (webinars, workshops, expert circles) ➢ Training and Development • Conduct training sessions and workshops for distributors' sales teams and healthcare providers to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. • Routinely check existing level of product + therapy knowledge of stakeholder and proactively offer training ➢ Cross-functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and medical teams to integrate business plans into product launch strategies.
