About Us:

At CFM Management (Go Mini's/Big Guy Storage), We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating within the franchise sector. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager who can seamlessly integrate into our business and drive immediate improvements in operations and results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales and operations within franchise systems and start-up environments. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly assess the current state of the business and implement effective solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct a swift and thorough assessment of the current business operations and identify areas needing improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and solutions to streamline and optimize business processes.
• Workforce Management: Oversee the staffing of all locations, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent. Actively manage the development and performance of direct reports.
• Self-Management: Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating exceptional initiative and accountability.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to various locations across different states a few times per quarter to ensure alignment and operational consistency.
• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide operational support.
• Monitor and analyze the overall performance of the business, implementing necessary adjustments to meet targets.
• Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a General Manager, particularly within franchise and startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assess and improve business operations.
• Strong background in developing and implementing SOPs.
• Excellent workforce management skills, including staffing, development, and performance management.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to drive initiatives and projects forward and to completion in an effective and efficient manner.
• Willingness to travel to various site locations as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time (M-F Remote)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (dependent on experience)
