Architect (2yrs Drawing Exp Req)
Job Summary
We are seeking an Architect to assist our high-end home designer in completing his vision. The ideal candidate will have experience with Chief Architect software and a strong ability to work independently with feedback from the designer. This role requires proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
• Step in to assist, mid-project, to finish the drawings for a luxury home project.
• Take feedback from the designer and implement it in to the architectural software.
• Utilize software tools such as Chief Architect and AutoCAD.
• Participate in meetings with other members of the home project to discuss details.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional licensure as an architect is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including Chief Architect, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Familiarity with business development practices within the architecture industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
