Project Manager Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures alignment with business objectives while mitigating risks and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including software implementations, system integrations, and infrastructure initiatives
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and vendors
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation
Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure successful project delivery and transition to operations/support teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience managing projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects
