Description Arbitration & Mediation Case Filing Specialist (2025-112) Overview The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Filing Specialist to support the intake of arbitration and mediation case filings. In this role, you will: β€’ Review new case filings to ensure compliance with AAA policies, due process protocols, and documentation standards. β€’ Accurately input case information into our case management system, scan and index documents, and verify data with colleagues and case owners. β€’ Respond to filer inquiries, resolve incomplete submissions, and communicate AAA procedures clearly and professionally. β€’ Create and maintain customer accounts, ensure confidentiality of case data, and escalate complex issues to management. β€’ Assist with research and data maintenance projects, while participating in team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement. Work Environment This position offers a remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location. Compensation β€’ Charlotte, Miami, San Antonio: $48,000 – $51,000 β€’ Atlanta, Buffalo, Dallas, Fresno: $51,000 – $54,000 β€’ Houston, Johnston, Minneapolis: $51,000 – $55,000 β€’ Chicago, Philadelphia, Voorhees: $54,000 – $57,000 β€’ Boston, Los Angeles: $56,000 – $59,000 β€’ New York City, San Francisco: $60,000 – $63,000 This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.
