Pay: $3,500.00-$7,500.00 per month (for average A&Rs who are able to consistently hit targets)

Job description
We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to join our team on a remote, freelance (self-employed) basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of discovering and nurturing new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys. A love for music is essential, and while familiarity with the music industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify and Source New Artists - Use platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media to discover and evaluate potential artists for representation.
ā¢ Initial Pitch and Outreach - Set up and execute the initial pitch to artists, showcasing our PR services and the benefits of partnering with Liberty Music PR.
ā¢ Close deals with Artists, Labels and Managers
ā¢ Artist Relationship Management - Serve as the main point of contact for your artists, guiding them through the PR process and ensuring their needs are met.
ā¢ Long-Term Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artists, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging future collaborations.
ā¢ Team Coordination - Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
ā¢ CRM Management - Add leads to the CRM system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
ā¢ Continuous Learning - Stay informed about the latest trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok to provide relevant advice and support to artists.
ā¢ Strong passion for music
ā¢ Minimum 2 years experience in Sales (preferably in lead generation and prospecting)
ā¢ Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
ā¢ Ability to set and follow your own daily routines
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Experience with CRM systems is a plus
