Aquatics Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking senior team members for our growing Aquatics Group. Our ideal candidate will have strong management, client service, communication, technical, and organizational skills as well as the ability and desire to work on complex and challenging projects ranging from rooftop pools to collegiate competition pools, municipal facilities, and even water parks. The position may be either fully remote, or report to one of our many offices in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, or Southeast regions. This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their professional experience and be an integral part of a company with an outstanding reputation. Candidates must be amenable to both local and out of state travel for project meetings, permitting hearings, and public engagement.What you’ll do:Manage a range of aquatics projects in terms of scale and complexity for various clients in the public and private sectorsEffectively utilize support staff for the timely and efficient delivery of project deliverablesProduce assessment reports, programs, drawing sets, specifications, bid documents, permit applications and field reportsEstablish fee budgets, manage project financial performance, issue contract amendmentsManage external project schedules and budgetsManage internal production and adherence to quality assurance and control proceduresInterface with owners, architects, consultants and other project stakeholdersWhat you will bring:5-10+ years of project management experience in aquatics, or a closely related fieldAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong communication skills and problem-solving abilitiesBe organized and reliableActive Driver’s LicenseOverviewWeston & Sampson is an 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 800 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
