Aquatic Informatics - Marketing Coordinator

Aquatic Informatics is a mission-driven software company focused on water data management and analytics. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with various teams to support product launches, campaigns, and content creation, playing a key role in shaping marketing narratives and leveraging AI tools for efficiency. Responsibilities Help create, proofread, and edit marketing materials (datasheets, presentations, website updates, emails, social posts, brochures, etc.). Work with designers, writers, and external agencies to produce assets Develop customer success stories — from recruiting and interviewing customers to crafting impactful case studies and blogs — while helping to scale how customer stories are created and shared Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and social channels — helping to bring ideas to life from concept to launch Take the lead on webinars by coordinating speakers, managing content, setting up events, and driving attendance and participation Provide administrative and project management support to the Marketing team, including website updates, digital asset organization, and tracking marketing requests Test, pilot, and build with AI tools to help transform how our marketing team creates, automates, and delivers contentThis role may be required to travel up to 10% including travel to the U.S.Periodic attendance at in-person meetings is required in Vancouver or Loveland Skills A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, liberal arts or a related field 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships considered) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Industry experience in B2B technology Strong skills in HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress are a plus Benefits Permissive PTO Flexible working hoursProfessional onboarding and training options Powerful team looking forward to working with youCareer coaching and development opportunities Health benefits Company Overview Hach Company manufactures and distributes analytical instruments and reagents used to test the quality of water and other liquid solutions.It is a sub-organization of Veralto.
