AppSheet Developer – Custom Class, Client, and Enrollment Hub for Children's Yoga Business

Warrior Kids Yoga is non-studio based yoga program dedicated to making yoga accessible to children where they already learn and play. We offer classes throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland by partnering with schools and communities. We have been around for 7 years —and now we need to upgrade the tools behind the scenes to support our growth.
Project Overview
We're seeking an experienced **AppSheet developer** to build a custom database app that helps us efficiently manage and track:
- Yoga classes and camps
- Instructor onboarding, compliance, availablity, schedule
- Student enrollments
- School partnerships
- Clients, families, and contact outreach
- Attendence list
-Class Rosters
This app will streamline our operations, support communication, and ensure our yoga programs run smoothly from sign-up to final namaste.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with us to understand our workflows and data relationships
- Design a scalable database using **AppSheet and Google Sheets** backend
- Build views and forms for managing classes, contacts, schools, and instructors
- Implement auto-generated IDs, filtered views, CSV import tools, attendance tracking (check in and out), and dashboard-style reporting
- Ensure cross-platform usability (desktop/tablet/mobile)
- Deliver clean documentation and basic training for usability
Ownership Requirements
- Final deliverables must be built entirely within our designated Google Workspace environment
- We will retain **full ownership and administrative access** to the app and all associated data
- The developer may not retain hosting rights, data control, or copies of the system post-project

- Comfortable working with dynamic lists and filtered views
- Skilled in UX design for clean, intuitive interfaces
