Job Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated, and committed fitness professionals looking to join our team, who embody the Blink brand/culture as a mood-lifter. If you are an individual who is passionate about inspiring others while pursuing a career in Personal Training, then we are excited to discuss career opportunities with you.
In this program, you will spend your first 2 weeks in our Blink Fitness Apprenticeship Program. As a participant, you will be studying for and completing your Personal Training Certification through Focus Personal Training Institute.
Upon passing your Personal Training Certification, you will be able to begin work as a Personal Trainer in our locations.
In our effort to support you in this endeavor, Blink will cover the entirety of the certification cost, and you will be fully compensated for your time spent studying and taking the certification course/exam.
Role Expectations:
? Complete the study course provided by Blink, powered by Focus Personal Training Institute University in 2 weeks' time
? Upon completion of the course, you will be able to begin work as a Personal Trainer at Blink
? Demonstrate a comprehensive learning & understanding of the course materials
Role Qualifications:
? Ability to work during the weekdays
? Weekend availability is highly recommended
? Ability to complete the program within 2 week's time
? Basic computer/tech skills, to navigate the online program
? Efficient time management and organizational skills
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
As a Blink Personal Trainer, You Will Receive:
? Supportive approach to scheduling whether you are a Part or Full Time Trainer
? Core Training Program that includes paid in-person education throughout the beginning of your training career
? Continued support towards your growth as a Personal Trainer through our continued education reimbursement program and free/discounted CEUs
? Annual income potential upwards of $90k Annually based on trainer productivity
? Bonus opportunities for eligible trainers such as, but are not limited to: Productivity Bonus and Trainer Tenure Bonus programs.
