We Offer: Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off Pain training Requirements Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do Duties: Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool Communicate with the support team with questions Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit Problem-solve repairs with creativity About Surface Experts Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider.
