What You'll Be Doing You’ll be the warm, confident voice guiding potential clients to book unforgettable Soulful Fine Art Portrait Sessions—for their children or beloved pets. You’ll: • Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling) • Take inbound inquiries and guide people toward next steps • Build rapport quickly and genuinely • Overcome objections with kindness and clarity • Schedule sessions and artwork viewings via Acuity • Communicate with clients via email, text, and phone • Track details in our CRM (ActiveCampaign) • Keep the team updated with client insights and preferences • Help ensure every client walks away feeling seen, heard, and delighted You Must Be: • Experienced in sales and appointment setting (3+ years preferred) • Confident on the phone—tone, cadence, warmth, and professionalism matter • Comfortable handling objections or tough questions • Reliable and detail-oriented—nothing slips through the cracks • Self-motivated and efficient—especially working from home • Patient and tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot as needed • Open to coaching, feedback, and professional development Preferred Tools: ActiveCampaign, Acuity, JustCall Schedule & Compensation • Hours: 40 hours/week • Core windows: M–F, 10am–3pm & 4pm–7pm (flexible within that) • 2 Saturdays a month • Pay: Starting at $20/hr with potential up to $25/hr • Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly performance-based bonuses Requirements • Quiet, dedicated home workspace (no background noise or distractions) • High-speed internet • Your own: • Computer • Monitor • Headset/mic • Smartphone About Sarah Prall Portraiture We create timeless, Rembrandt-style fine art portraits that capture the soulful essence of a child or a beloved pet.
