Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the designated software.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up processes.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies and appointment-setting techniques.
Experience
Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Proven negotiation skills that lead to successful appointment generation.
Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing client information is a plus.
A background in business development or market research is advantageous but not required.
