Appointment Setter ZR_22629_JOB
This is a remote position.
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) with a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM EST - 6:00 PM PST.
Responsibilities:
• Meet daily with lead appointment center and sales team
• Review any new inbound leads to our goal of high-level CRM
• Review all conversation, automations for accuracy and continuity
• Correct any automation errors in the conversations and report them to the appropriate staff member
• Engage in robust short-term and long-term follow up activities
• Complete dream 100 outreach for desired podcast, guests and clients through Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn channels
• Report to team lead daily
Requirements
Skills & Experience requirements
• Experience, setting calls in Canada, the US or Australia preferred
• Experience in go high-level CRM required
• Experience working remotely with a passionate team
• Ability to follow strict scripted guidelines
• Experience using ChatGPT (programmed bots provided)
• Experience in Slack app for workplace communications
