Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Caller – Property Management (Valet Trash Services)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Appointment Setter to contact apartment complexes and property management offices to schedule face-to-face meetings for our ownership team. These meetings are for introducing and closing Valet Trash Service contracts.

This role is strictly appointment setting — no closing, no pricing discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to apartment communities, luxury apartments, and property management offices

• Speak with Property Managers, Assistant Managers, or Community Managers

• Deliver a short, professional introduction of Veterans 2 Business and our valet trash services

• Secure face-to-face appointments (on-site meetings) for our owners

• Confirm appointment details (date, time, location, contact name)

• Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes in a shared tracker (Google Sheet or CRM)

• Follow up with properties when needed to secure a meeting

Deliverables / Success Metrics

• Booked face-to-face appointments with decision-makers

• Minimum expectations (example – adjust as needed):

• 20–30 calls per hour

• 2–5 qualified appointments per week (depending on list quality)

• Accurate call notes and status updates for each property contacted

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting

• Comfortable speaking with property managers or commercial decision-makers

• Clear, professional phone presence (native or near-native English preferred)

• Organized, consistent, and results-driven

• Experience in real estate, property management, or commercial services is a plus
