Position Overview
We are hiring appointment setters to help us connect with business leaders and schedule qualified sales meetings. You'll work directly with our senior team to identify targets, run outbound outreach, and hand off warm leads. This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential and the ability to earn residuals when your meetings convert into long-term clients.
• Protected verticals and territories so you own your market
• Exclusive ownership of all leads you generate
• Paid commission on every meeting that converts to a closed client
• Residuals for the life of the account if your meeting leads to a deal
• Work directly with leadership and senior closers
• Tools, scripts, ICP lists, and training provided
Your Focus
• Research and identify companies that are a fit for UBC's services
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to key decision makers
• Qualify prospects based on clear criteria and pain points
• Book meetings with business owners, CFOs, or HR leaders
• Maintain CRM tracking and follow-up until meetings are secured
