We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter & Closer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and closing deals.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services.
Ā Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with warm leads.
Ā Engage in closing calls to convert potential clients into paying customers.
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and appointments in our CRM system.
Ā Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and increase closing rates.
Ā Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize scripts and outreach strategies.
Ā Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and sales targets.
Ā Provide feedback on call scripts and marketing materials to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Ā Proven sales experience is REQUIRED (minimum 1-2 years in sales, appointment setting, or closing).
Ā Strong closing skills with a track record of successfully converting leads into clients.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
Ā Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple leads effectively.
Ā Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Ā Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
Ā Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
