Responsibilities
 Process prescription requests and input patient prescription/demographic data in systems
 Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers
 Handle 30-60 inbound calls a day
 Make outbound calls to provider offices, as needed
 Collaborate with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of prescription orders
 Ensure electronic customer database is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
The essential functions of this role include:
 working in a smoke free environment
Skills
 IL Pharmacy Technician License (1 year of experience is required)

 Years of experience: 1 year
