Qualifications:
• Ohio Special Education license (current and active)
• Master's Degree in Special Education
• Virtual instruction superpowers
• Case management expertise
• Online IEP meeting facilitation skills

Your Duties:
• Deliver engaging virtual lessons
• Manage student caseloads with precision
• Lead online IEP meetings
• Develop individualized education plans
• Collaborate with general education allies
• Wield advanced educational technology

Basic Details:
• Full-time position (35-40 hours/week)
• 100% remote work environment
• 1099 Independent Contractor status
