 Oversee the development and implementation of actionable sales and marketing plans.
 Utilize diverse sales and marketing tools to optimize RevPAR and total revenue.
 Assist in corporate rate negotiations and the deployment of the sales team.
 Support recruitment and development efforts for the sales team.
 Aid in the establishment and management of marketing budgets.
 Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
 Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales bonus program.
 Participate in sales calls and provide training to sales managers and team members.
