 Effectively manage and process medical and prescription claims.
 Address questions related to medical and pharmaceutical billing.
 Assist patients with verifying their medical insurance and exploring available payment options.
Required Skills
 A strong understanding of benefit verification and prior authorization is preferred.
 Previous experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical benefits, insurance, and prescriptions are advantageous.
Qualifications
 At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical call center environment is required.
 A verifiable high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
