This position offers the flexibility of conducting both video telehealth and in-person sessions at our facilities, allowing you to make a significant difference in a variety of client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
 Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
 Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting methodologies to meet client-specific needs and preferences.
 Keep meticulous and current client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our practice protocols.
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
 Adhere to professional and ethical standards established by the APA or NASW, as applicable to your licensure.
Required Skills
 Strong diagnostic and assessment capabilities, with experience working with diverse populations.
 Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients.
 Ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications
 A Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
 Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Arizona.
 Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.
