 Organize and manage document storage for source materials and resources.
 Achieve daily targets for data entry output and efficiency.
 Support general office activities such as photocopying, faxing, and document management as required.
Required Skills
 Basic proficiency in computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Office and data transcription tools is advantageous.
 Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
 Previous experience in data entry, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
 Some prior experience in relevant fields is preferred.
