What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and evaluate distributors' performance against Luxury market goals
- Grow Treasury Wine Estates Luxury portfolio depletion volume, feature, and distribution
- Assist in developing distributor pricing and program strategies
- Formulate market plans by channel and account
- Collaborate with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience
- Three-tier management experience
- Wine/Alcohol beverage experience
- Strong understanding of luxury sales and consumer habits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing chain accounts in both on and off-premise settings
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Passion for wine and continuous learning in the industry
