Stay current with industry trends and certifications to offer the latest fitness techniques and advice. Required Skills: Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM). Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and wellness principles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Motivational and inspirational coaching abilities. Ability to adapt training techniques to suit clients of various fitness levels and backgrounds. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is a plus.
