Key Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via chat, email, and phone calls.
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with property managers and contractors for any guest-related needs or issues.
Provide accurate information about our listings, policies, and amenities.
Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with guests to ensure a great experience.
Requirements:
Experience in Airbnb guest service support or similar customer service roles.
Must be available to work Mountain Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle guest calls with a calm and professional demeanor.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate tools for remote work (headset, computer, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
