We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Strategy Lead for a global B2B high tech company. This role will lead the development of campaigns targeting specific target Personas, including development of strategy, driving global activation and coordinating reporting back to marketing leadership. The role engages a cross-functional team from Geo and Area Marketing, brand, events, digital, customer stories, customer success, partners and content, and Sales, and works to drive alignment against a clear vision to support the business objectives.
This is a 5 month (extension likely) 40 hour per week role. This is remote role in the US.
This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee. Health benefits and 401K offered.
Responsibilities:
 Develop integrated marketing strategy, planning and content for global campaigns to drive new audience acquisition, pipeline development and pipeline acceleration aligned to business goals.
 Map content story arcs to buyer persona/audience and orchestrate tactics, assets and messages that align to the buying stages.
 Develop and maintain a captivating customer journey across all engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
 Drive creation of required content/asset creation with key stakeholders and agencies.
 Test, measure and optimize all campaign elements to meet pipeline goals.
Requirements:
 7+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy/Campaign Development in global B2B High Tech companies
 Driving big ideas aligned to strategic thinking connecting brand to campaign execution activities
 Experience to review and critically appraise content and messaging fit for purpose across a journey
 Fundamental understanding of what goes into good-practice digital demand generation planning
 Driving consensus around a clear vision, objective and timeline across teams and aligning activation
 Bachelors Degree
