Job Description: Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in supply chain management and inventory control? Do you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments? If so, we invite you to join our team at Amazon as an Instock Manager for Amazon Fresh. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our customers receive fresh, high-quality products on time. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels for Amazon Fresh products. This includes forecasting, demand planning, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability. Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, quality control, and cost management. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about inventory allocation, demand forecasting, and supplier performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including logistics, operations, and procurement, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet Amazon quality standards and work to resolve any quality issues promptly. Cost Control: Manage the budget for your category, identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies to improve efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (Master degree preferred). Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or related roles. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools. Strong project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
