Eagle Point School District 9 - Travel Southern Oregon - Position Details: Title: Middle School Science Teacher Placement (location): White Mountain Middle School Supervisor: Principal or designee Contract Days: 194 days, beginning August 24, 2023 Salary Range: No less than $44,306 - $86,471 plus master's stipend of $2,215 (depending upon approved previous experience and graduate level credits) Position Closing Date: Open until filled, screening to begin as soon as possible Description: This position requires an Oregon Teaching license with an endorsement in Foundational Science (or secondary science endorsement in Biology, Chemistry, Integrated Science or Physics) or the ability to obtain same license prior to the start date. Actual classes taught will be decided based on specific areas of expertise as well as areas of need. Opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities or athletics as a coach / advisor may also be considered. Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply. General Expectations: The ideal applicant will have demonstrated content knowledge and pedagogic skill relative to Science.
