 Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
 Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory compliance.
 Support budget preparation and financial forecasting initiatives.
 Monitor financial performance, providing insights into trends and variances.
 Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
 Establish and uphold internal controls to protect company assets.
 Assist in tax return preparations and necessary regulatory filings.
 Contribute to financial analysis and special projects as required.
Required Skills
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel capabilities.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
 Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
 A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
 A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably within the construction services industry.
 Experience in owner financial reporting is advantageous.
