Description: This role involves educating prospective clients on the advantages of solar energy solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and delivering superior customer service.

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will call leads. Your responsibility is to educate clients on the financial benefits of solar ownership versus the escalating costs of utility-provided energy.

Cultivating Relationships: Positive interpersonal skills are important for success in this role, as rapport-building directly impacts customer engagement and subsequent adoption of solar energy solutions.

Leveraging Technology: Given our virtual work environment, proficiency in technology is ideal. Furthermore, effective CRM utilization for data management and organizational efficiency is essential. For optimal remote work performance, a USB headset, dependable Wi-Fi connectivity, and a computer or laptop are required. Chromebooks are not compatible with our system.

Customer Education: While solar energy offers clear advantages, customer comprehension necessitates effective education.

Developing Expertise: Prior solar energy knowledge is not required; however, comprehensive understanding of the subject matter is central for effectively addressing customer inquiries and needs.

Ensure Accurate Documentation: Timely and accurate completion of all documents and contracts is required for payment processing. You will guide clients through the completion of these forms and ensure their accurate submission.

Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: We seek ethical and compassionate individuals dedicated to assisting clients in achieving financial savings. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships, treating each client with the utmost respect, is paramount to our team's success.

Compensation Structure: This role operates on a 100% commission basis; however, the commission potential is substantial. The compensation plan utilizes a 1099 independent contractor structure. A $500 weekly bonus is available upon achievement of predetermined performance goals for Level 1 Consultants, along with other bonuses. Our average solar sales consultant earns $100,000 or more within their first year. Top performers exceed $250,000 annually. With consistent effort and self-discipline while working remotely, exceeding $100,000 in annual earnings is achievable.
