 Work as a liaison between Finance and Operations - learning the business from start to finish.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations of cost-saving measures.
 Build and implement effective financial and performance-related reporting, in partnership with business leaders.
 Analyze data from multiple sources and compile it into dashboards, reporting, and ongoing analyses as needed to validate and support business decisions.
 Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts).
Experience:
 2 year college degree required
 4 year degree a plus (Finance and Accounting concentration)
 Proven experience in corporate finance or financial analysis role
 Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumifs, etc.)
 Ability to conduct quantitative research and interpret financial data accurately
Preferred Skills:
 Highly motivated self-starter with impeccable organization skills.
 Attention to detail and accuracy - do you thrive on deadlines?
 Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
