• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• No previous experience in customer service required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
