The Customer Service Representative has variety of responsibilities.
 Identifying What Services Customers Need and Providing a Plan/ Estimate
 Scheduling Service
 Data Entry
 Providing Reports to Management
 Outbound Calls to Customers and Staff
 Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner.
 Provide information about products or services, including pricing, features, and availability.
 Assist customers with account-related questions, order processing, and troubleshooting.
 Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
 Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
 Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
