Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 Promptly answer customer inquiries over the phone, email, chat or social media.
 Listen attentively to client concerns and address them professionally.
 Efficiently pacify high-strung situations while trying to fix the problem on the first call.
 Cross-reference contact where necessary for timely solutions.
 Fulfill financial transactions and help with other needs made by clients.
 Maintain accurate records of all calls made by customers for reporting purposes as well as audits.
 Say something constructive about call problems so that they improve their level of service.
 Increase sales by suggesting appropriate products or services to clients occasionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
 A High School Diploma or equivalent done..
 The age of 18 years onwards is acceptable.
 A person who has worked before in a call center environment if you please.
 Minimum typing speed should be 25 words per minute.
 You must be able to run a computer efficiently.
 You should not have any problem solving minor technical issues without involving anyone else.
