As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will be trained on:
 Mastering communication skills both internally and externally
 The goals and purpose of the Federal Lifeline Program
 Community outreach tactics
 How to enroll an individual in the program
 Upselling when appropriate for enrollees who may need extra accessories in addition to their communication device
 Becoming a leader in the workplace
Entry Level Customer RepresentativeRequirements:
 High School Diploma or Ged/Equivalent
 0-2 years of experience working in a people-centric organization
This role involves the selling of products or services and commission pay
