Our team is expanding! We have a new opening for a Community Representative! This role is 100% remote, giving you full control over your work environment. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The salary for this position is set at a competitive salary. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
 High school diploma or equivalent; some college/business or professional training preferred.
 Computer literate in MS Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
 2-4 years in completing new home sales transactions.
 Strong product knowledge.
 State Real Estate Licensee or Real estate brokers license essential.
 Must be able to work successfully in a team environment where continuous improvement is expected.
 Must have ability to balance multiple priorities and assignments, be detail-oriented, and conscientious with a strong work ethic.
 Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communications, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
 Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relations with trades, internal and external customers.
 Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities in order to consistently meet deadlines.
