 Efficiently research and document call reasons and resolutions, focusing on privacy regulations.

 Handle inquiries in the best interest of the customer and the company.

 Provide quality service and support to various areas, including Financial Advisors, Claimants, and Exchange Companies.

 Follow documented procedures and guidelines when providing service to F&G customers.
Requirements
 High School diploma or GED.

 1+ year in customer service or call center experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Nice-to-haves
 Basic understanding of F&G's structure and product/service offerings.

 Ability to handle customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

 Awareness of workloads and willingness to assist team members.
